These terms govern your use of Songbird Kitchen at https://songbirdpdx.com, operated by SONGBIRD MUSIC LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, hold a membership, or place an order with the store.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us at info@songbirdpdx.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Songbird Kitchen offers monthly and annual memberships. Both plans include a 30 day free trial. After the trial we will charge the payment method you provided at the listed plan rate ($7.49 per month or $71.49 per year as of the date of these terms).
Your membership renews automatically. Monthly plans renew every month. Annual plans renew every year on the same date. We will email you 7 days before each renewal. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date.
Cancel any time from the My Account page or by emailing info@songbirdpdx.com. Cancellation is effective at the end of the paid period. You keep access to members content until that date.
If you cancel before the end of your 30 day free trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the first month or year will be charged on day 31.
Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and correct pricing errors. Title and risk of loss transfer to you on delivery.
Returns are accepted for 30 days from delivery. See our refund policy for full details.
All recipes, photographs, written content and design on Songbird Kitchen are owned by SONGBIRD MUSIC LLC and protected by copyright. Members may print and use recipes for personal home cooking, share recipe links with friends, and screenshot a recipe to text to family. Members may not republish recipes on other websites, sell our content, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SONGBIRD MUSIC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
The recipes on Songbird Kitchen are for personal cooking. Nutrition information, if shown, is approximate. We do not provide medical or dietary advice. Always consult a doctor or dietitian for food allergy and nutrition decisions. See our full disclaimer for details.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction for any court proceeding shall be the state and federal courts located in Florida.
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Florida, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court. You and we both agree to bring claims only in our individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to active members. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
