If you are not happy with Songbird Kitchen for any reason in your first 30 days, write to us and we will refund every cent. No questions, no forms, no friction.
You can cancel your membership during the 30 day free trial and pay nothing. If you cancel during the trial, no refund is needed because no charge was made.
If you keep your membership past the trial and decide it is not for you within 30 days of your first charge, write to info@songbirdpdx.com and we will refund the first month or year in full.
You can return any store product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition for a full refund. Lightly used items (cookware that has been seasoned, a knife that has been honed once) may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, email info@songbirdpdx.com with a photo within 7 days and we will ship a replacement free of charge, including shipping both ways.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Most card refunds appear within 3 to 5 business days. Bank transfers and digital wallet refunds may take longer depending on the provider.
