We are intentionally a small team. We answer member emails ourselves. We test every recipe ourselves. We do not chase growth at the cost of quality, and we hire only when we are sure a new pair of hands will help us stay that way.
Most roles are based at our Miami test kitchen. We will consider remote candidates for engineering and editorial, but the test kitchen team has to be in town.
A full time developer in the test kitchen. You will develop, test and write 4 to 6 recipes per month, focused on the Mediterranean and Mexican categories. Restaurant experience required, three years minimum. Salary $58k to $72k plus benefits.
