Cut butter into flour and powdered sugar, press into a 9x13 pan.

Bake at 350F for 18 minutes until barely golden.

Whisk eggs, sugar, lemon, zest and flour, pour over hot base.

Bake 22 minutes more until set. Cool, dust with powdered sugar and slice.
