Mix flour, yogurt, milk, yeast and sugar into a soft dough.

Knead 8 minutes, cover and let rise 90 minutes until doubled.

Divide into 6 balls, roll into tear drops, slap onto a screaming hot skillet.

Cook 90 seconds per side, brush with garlic butter and parsley.
