Method

Cube chicken, marinate in yogurt, ginger garlic and tikka spice for 1 hour.

Sear chicken on a hot grill until charred outside and juicy inside.

Saute onion puree in ghee, add tomato and simmer 15 minutes.

Stir in chicken and cream, simmer 8 minutes more, finish with fresh cilantro.
