Method

Wilt spinach, squeeze dry and chop. Mix with feta, eggs, onion and dill.

Brush a 9x13 pan with butter, layer 8 phyllo sheets brushing each with butter.

Spread filling, layer 8 more phyllo sheets on top, scoring lightly into squares.

Bake at 375F for 40 minutes until deeply golden and shatter crisp.
