Method

Roast tomatillos and jalapenos until charred, blend with onion and salt for the salsa.

Warm tortillas in oil for 5 seconds each, roll around chicken and pack into a dish.

Pour green salsa generously over the rolls and bake at 375F for 18 minutes.

Top with crema, queso fresco and chopped cilantro.
