Every product in our store has been used in our test kitchen for at least three months. If it survives daily cooking without breaking, fading or burning hands, it earns a spot. If it does not, it does not.
The site is fully mobile responsive and works well from a phone browser. We chose not to build an app so we could spend more time on recipes and less time on app store reviews.
Our four person test kitchen team. Every recipe is cooked at least three times by at least two different cooks before it is published. We publish a recipe only when every tester would happily make it again at home.
We are based in Miami, Florida. Our test kitchen is a sunny studio in the Westchester neighborhood. We try to stop by farmers markets several times a week.
